One of our family’s favorite ways to spend time together is hiking some of Slovakia’s beautiful trails in the mountains. You’ll notice that quite a few of the photos in our galleries are taken on such trips, usually with family friends.
This summer my sister’s family joined us for a vacation in Slovakia and we had a chance to hike in the High Tatras, the highest range in the Carpathian mountains.
It’s been a long time since I’ve had the chance to hike a peak in the Tatras and it was fun to do it with my brother-in-law Brad on his birthday.
