Elisabeth’s 2018 Fall Recitals for Violin and Voice

2018-12-19 by Todd 2 Comments

Elisabeth is keeping up on her violin and voice and it’s amazing how much improvement we continue to see. I especially didn’t realize how much a person can improve their voice through practice and training.

In the above clip, Jana accompanies Elisabeth as she plays “Albinoni’s Adagio” in G minor by Remo Giazotto. It’s a pleasant tune and Elisabeth’s teacher was pleased with the performance.

Even more than violin, Elisabeth is passionate about singing. If she could make a living as a singer that’s surely what she would do. Below are a couple of the songs she sang for her voice recital.

Offenbach’s Barcarolle:
Belle nuit, ô nuit d’amour
O Come, O Come Emanuel (Slovak) and another Slovak Christmas Song
and finally, this is actually the first song she sang… Agnus Dei

Elisabeth, it is so much fun to watch you perform. And to see your growth in music over time. Beautiful! All things as unto the Lord.

Thanks for the encouragement, David. I passed this on to Elisabeth!
